Request for Proposals (RFP) - Tax Exempt Loan

Kalamazoo County Consolidated Dispatch Authority (KCCDA) is requesting proposals from eligible and qualified financial institutions that can best provide KCCDA with a fixed rate, tax-exempt loan at the lowest overall borrowing cost, pursuant to certain conditions. Loan not to exceed $3.2 million for the capital build-out of KCCDA facility, systems and infrastructure to provide a public safety answering point for  (9-1-1) and emergency dispatch service.
